We’re excited to be working with this SaaS vendor specialising in industrial automation software across the resources industry. After a recent major win with an Australian client, they have engaged us to help them find a Senior Implementation Manager to successfully implement and deliver software solutions within the resources industry.

Role

Develop project plans and timelines, and manage project scope, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation and deployment of industrial AI automation software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions that meet customer needs
Conduct regular status meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met, and issues are addressed in a timely manner
Provide ongoing solution support to customers, including issue screening and internal follow-up to resolution
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion with existing customers, and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities

You

8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles as a project/program manager
Experience with industrial automation software (SCADA, PLC, and DCS a plus)
Experience working with the resources industry and related processes such as oil & gas, renewables, mining and drilling
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

Bonus Desired Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning technologies.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java. (A bonus)
