Fresh capital has unlocked an ambitious plan to triple headcount over the next three years and expand internationally. What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day payment execution and approvals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Uplift the ASX dividend payment process to be scalable, resilient, and industry-leading
• Drive reconciliations and reporting, including AIIR and QTFN, with zero defect discipline
• Partner with Technology, Registry Operations, and Compliance to harden controls and deliver automation
• Own exception management and root cause fixes, mature JIRA workflows, and operational MI
• Coach, mentor, and resource a capable Payments team, balancing BAU with improvement initiatives
• Document SOPs, process maps, and training to embed best practices

What you will bring

• Deep payments operations experience, dividends or registries a plus, and rigorous reconciliation discipline
• Track record of uplifting controls, resolving exceptions at source, and scaling processes with existing tools
• Practical, solutions-focused leadership style, comfortable switching between the detail and the roadmap
• Strong stakeholder skills across Technology, Compliance, and client teams
• Familiarity with ASX issuer payments, tax and reporting obligations, and regulated environments
