- Work as part of a global executive leadership team to evolve growth strategy for the region
- Lead a cross functional leadership team to support business operations and growth
- Set vision and strategy with a strong plan for execution
- Drive workforce and resources of company to support growth strategy
- Participate in media and public relations activities where required
- Set culture and environment to drive success across the team
- Monitor company performance and be accountable to the board
You
- Relevant leadership experience within an executive role
- At least 10 years’ experience in the financial services/brokerage space
- Strong leadership experience in brokerage operations.
- Holder of relevant securities licenses in the US.
