Cryptocurrency Product Manager (Global Fintech Brand)
The Opportunity:
As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for next-generation crypto exchange features or trading products.
This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration, within a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. You will leverage your expertise to identify market opportunities, translate complex user needs into intuitive product experiences, and ensure our platforms remain at the forefront of the digital asset landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Define and Champion Product Strategy: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key crypto exchange or trading product features, aligning with the company’s overarching business objectives and market trends.
- End-to-End Product Leadership: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to defining detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate and Execute: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to translate product concepts into high-quality, shippable products.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and define clear KPIs and success metrics. You’ll continuously monitor performance and iterate based on data.
- User-Centric Innovation: Champion the needs of our global user base (retail, VIP, institutional), ensuring an exceptional and secure user experience across all touchpoints (web, mobile, API).
- Regulatory Acumen: Stay abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape in the crypto space, ensuring our products are compliant and robust.
- Market Insight: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify new product opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
