They’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst who’s eager to grow their career in a structured, collaborative, and outcomes-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, assist with process improvements, and support the implementation of internal tools and platforms. You’ll have a key role in supporting software delivery and contributing to continuous improvements across teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to engage stakeholders across business and tech
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (essential)
