The client is hiring a Principal AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to create measurable impact for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that transform enterprise processes.
• Lead solution design with large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Build secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, clearly communicating the business value of AI.
• Engage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to represent solution strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams in solution delivery.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience, with significant focus on AI, automation, or solution architecture.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security, scalability, and compliance considerations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

Compensation:

Up to SGD 300,000 – 400,000 total package (base + bonus/benefits), depending on experience. Candidates above the pay scale will also be entertained as long as they have relevant experience.
