The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to build and lead a regional Data & AI hub. The Head of Data & AI will define the company’s vision for data, scale high-performing teams, and implement advanced cloud and AI-driven platforms to accelerate business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s Data & AI strategy across APAC.
- Build, coach, and develop teams of engineers, scientists, and analysts.
- Lead the rollout of enterprise-scale data solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Implement and optimize advanced cloud data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align roadmaps and investments.
- Build relationships with technology partners to stay ahead of industry trends.
What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years in data and analytics leadership with a record of scaling teams and delivering outcomes.
- Breadth across data strategy, governance, architecture, visualization, and applied ML.
- Hands-on leadership with advanced cloud data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
- Budget ownership and experience influencing senior leaders in high-growth settings.
- A track record of driving innovation and building regional capability.
