Treasury/Liquidity Manager, Crypto (NYSE Listed Fintech)

Core Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day liquidity and treasury operations of crypto assets
- Execute the movement of various cryptocurrencies efficiently and securely between internal and external custodians
- Expertly operate and manage transactions utilizing major institutional platforms and custodians
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements regarding crypto asset transfers and management
- Monitor and report on treasury metrics, liquidity positions, and settlement risks
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and trading teams to support strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in crypto treasury management or crypto operations
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of managing and moving coins between institutional custodians
- Specific Background: Experience gained at a recognized Canadian crypto platform is an advantage
- Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with strong operational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the unique challenges of managing cryptocurrency liquidity
