Opportunity

• Work with the sales team to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals across multiple industries
• Run the discovery process to understand customer pain points, business objectives, and technical landscape
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers, being a product champion, and a subject matter expert
• Understand customer issues and drive problems through to resolution
• Work with customer success to understand key user and operational metrics to help drive product improvement

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience within SaaS
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills
• Positive attitude and great relationship-building skills
• Loves the environment of an early-stage / nimble business
