Indigo specialises in Software Engineering recruitment, working predominantly with startups and scale-ups across Australia as they build and grow their technical teams.
She particularly enjoys the harder-to-fill searches, where the right person doesn’t necessarily fit neatly into a job title or LinkedIn search. Her experience spans software and product engineering through to technical leadership, with a keen interest in newer roles that blur the lines between engineering, product and design.
Whether it’s a Principal Engineer, a product-minded builder or someone sitting between a customer problem and the technical solution, Indigo loves figuring out what makes a search difficult and finding the person who makes sense of it.
Her approach to recruitment is built around curiosity and transparency. Ask the right questions, understand what actually matters on both sides, be honest about what you know (and what you don’t), and make sure people always know where they stand.
Outside of work, Indigo is usually cooking for friends, trying a new restaurant or finding an excuse to go to a musical. She’s happiest with a full table, good food and plans in the calendar.
