Danny leads Salient’s technology, data and AI practice across Australia and international markets.
He has played a key role in expanding Salient’s capabilities into new growth segments, opening new markets and helping some of the world’s most ambitious technology companies hire across AI, machine learning, software engineering, data, platform and technical leadership.
Danny is particularly passionate about working with companies at moments of change and growth, whether that means making a critical first technical hire, building an entirely new team, or entering a new market or competing for talent in highly specialised areas.
His approach is highly relationship-led. He believes the best recruitment partnerships come from genuinely understanding a company’s mission, technical challenges and ambitions, then representing that story authentically in the market.
Outside of work, Danny is usually spending time with his family, walking his dogs along the beach or fitting in a session at the gym.
